Delivery Information

Once placed, your order will be processed within 24 hrs.  Your processed order should be shipped within 5-10 business days of processing.

You will receive via email a tracking no from our freight carrier when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping

We ship all our items by Australia Post. All our goods are carefully packed for their journey to make sure they arrive in good condition.

Shipping within Australia: $9.95 for the first three items, $11.00 thereafter for orders under $200 and free delivery for orders of $200 or more.

International Shipping

We ship to New Zealand only, please contact us at enquiries@coventrypress.com.au for a shipping quote.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders over 10 books, please feel free to contact us to negotiate shipping.

Return of Faulty Goods

Goods that are faulty can be exchanged with Coventry Press within 7 days. Coventry Press will pay all associated shipping costs. To exchange products, the goods must be returned in their original packaging. 

Procedure for returning Goods

Please contact us to arrange the return of faulty items. Coventry Press accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit on return to us. Returns take approximately 7 days to process from the date of receipt of goods by Coventry Press (very rarely would returns take longer to process - if this is the case we will keep you informed).
